To debunk the total misconception about the Holy Order of the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church (CSMC), I am honoured and inspired by the Grace of GOD to produce the very first video documentary premiere of the church “TRUE REVELATION” under the leadership of The Spiritual Father of the Ministry Worldwide, His Grace, The Most Rev’d Dr. Samuel Adefila Abidoye with the full support of my Daddy in the Lord, Rev. Professor Titus Ade Martins an erudite educationist, a gifted and anointed Preacher/Teacher of the word of God. Prof. Ade Martins is the provost of the King Of Glory Bible College And Seminary; an affiliate of Vision International University, Ramona, California, U.S.A. He is the president of the Word Of Life Global Outreach Ministry for widows, orphans, the sick and the aged (senior citizens). He is the senior pastor of the King of Glory Cathedral-CSMC, Kaduna.

The Holy Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church (CSMC) originated from Nigeria. CSMC is one of the first African initiated churches established back in 1925 with its founder known to be Baba Aladura St. Moses Orimolade Tunolase.
Its Nigerian congregation has largely remained Yoruba which later spread to other parts of the world. CSMC is very active in Africa, Europe, USA etc. The Cherubim and Seraphim Church in England was set up by the present Spiritual Father, His Grace, The Most Rev’d Dr. Samuel Adefila Abidoye and a group of people.
There is no doubt about my findings, some of those condemning the white garment churches still go to them secretly at night like Nicodemus in the Holy Bible (John 3:1-20).
Majority of the Pentecostal features of evangelising, anointing services, vigils, going to the mountain, praise/worship/clapping of hands, use of water etc. were copied from the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church.
Regardless of the negative insinuations, many ministries originated from the CSMC and it has contributed to the Spiritualisation of Christianity in Africa.
In this video documentary, It's understandable that mistakes were made in the past as far as the ancient people of the Church were concerned. However, Lectures are now been organised for the Church workers and members to correct errors, including Theology for Leaders.
Some Pentecostal Churches, Founders, General Overseer, Bishop, Artists, Traditional rulers & Politicians in Nigeria have Cherubim & Seraphim Church as their root. For example, the developmental years of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), acclaimed today as the fastest growing Pentecostal church in the world, started as an Aladura church (Cherubim & Seraphim), founded by Pa Josiah Olufemi Akindayomi.
The Church later underwent remarkable transformation under an educated charismatic leader “Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye” to become a Pentecostal Church. The connectivity between the CSMC and the RCCG can never be overemphasized. Of course history cannot be changed.
According to sources, “Pa Akindayomi particularly loved the Cherubim and Seraphim sect because it was given to the practice of fasting, dynamic prayers, visions and trances”. These are some of the features of Aladura Churches. Some of these characteristics were later adopted by the RCCG and other Churches across the globe.
The Mother of Bishop David O. Oyedepo was a member of The Cherubim and Seraphim Movement (C&S), a branch of the Aladura movement in Nigeria.
Bishop David O. Oyedepo is a Nigerian Christian author, preacher, the founder and presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church World Wide, also known as Winners' Chapel with network of churches located in over 300 cities, in all states of Nigeria, as well as, in several cities in 45 African nations, Dubai, the United Kingdom and the United States. He is the Chancellor of Covenant University and Landmark University. He was named in 2011 by Forbes magazine as being the richest pastor in Nigeria and His 50,000 seat church auditorium, reported to be the largest church auditorium in the world by the Guinness Book of Records.
With my background, understanding and experience of the CSMC parishes attended, I've never witness anything contrary to the commandment of God.
Prior to my joining The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in the 1990s, I was once a member of The Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church (CSMC). I fellowshipped there with my now deceased mother, S/M/I/ Esther Bakare Ekine, who was also a member, Prophetess & Senior mother in Israel of the Church. Despite the fact that my mum had Divine calling from God to serve in the vineyard as a Prophetess, she still deemed it fit to attend and graduated at the C & S Bible College & Seminary (AYO NI O) Kaduna, an affiliate of Vision International University, Ramona, California, U.S.A.
Just like every other christian brethren with same understanding like me, Being a member of a particular church does not stops me from having fellowship with other churches when the need arises. For example, if available in my suburb, I will continue to attend special events at the CSMC, because I believe in their Spirituality & Holiness.

The objects they use include candles, to represent light, backed with Revelation 3:1-3.
